Elliot Foote is a Certified General Appraiser in Nevada and Utah.  He has thirty years experience in the real estate industry.  He has been a Certified General appraiser in Utah since the inception of licensure in 1994.  He has 25 years experience in Ad Valorem appraisal in commercial, industrial and mining property. In 2005 he retired from the State of Utah and licensed in Nevada to appraise residential property He also has managed and brokered all types of real estate.  He holds a Principal Broker's License and brokers commercial-investment properties in the State of Utah through Foote Investment Realty Company.  In the State of Nevada he is a Broker-Salesman with Quality 1 Realty of Mesquite.  He appraises residential property and engages in brokerage of all forms of commercial properties.
